Attorney Vincenzo 'Ezio' Esposito graduated in Law in 2011 from the University of Salerno. He has been a member of the Bar of Torre Annunziata since 2017 and in 2025 obtained the qualification to appear before the Superior Courts (Italian Court of Cassation and European Court of Human Rights).
He holds specific academic distinctions in substantive and procedural criminal law, the areas in which his professional abilities particularly stand out.
He is the author of doctrinal legal articles published in the most important national and international specialised law journals, as well as a commentary on Articles 606 et seq. of the Code of Criminal Procedure concerning appeals to the Court of Cassation, currently in press.
As a member of the governing board, in 2016 he was part of the Unione Giovani Penalisti (Young Criminal Lawyers Association), where he deepened his comparative studies on crimes within supranational legal systems.
He has presented and participated in numerous legal seminars, delivering lectures on criminal procedure.
Throughout his career he has developed extensive expertise in: online fraud, extradition and European Arrest Warrants, narcotics offences (international drug trafficking), organised crime, tax offences, white-collar crimes and financial crimes.
He has undertaken significant collaborations with nationally and internationally renowned law firms, including those of Attorney Leopoldo Perone, Attorney Antonio Rizzo and Attorney Alexandro Maria Tirelli of International Lawyers Associates. He has handled extradition cases and European Arrest Warrant proceedings, drafted petitions to the European Court of Human Rights and lodged appeals before the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation.
Foreign languages spoken and known: English, French (holder of the 'DELF' diploma — Diplôme d’études en langue française, awarded by the Istituto Grenoble in Naples) and Spanish.
