A member of the Bar of Benevento, she is the principal of a law firm specialising in civil, criminal and administrative law, and has served as a trusted legal adviser to public authorities, consumer associations and welfare patronages (Codacons, Ascom, Patronato Inac).
A speaker at numerous conferences on the professional liability of public health authorities (ASL) and public administration, she served until 2021 as President of the Tribunal for Patients' Rights, developing specific expertise in medical negligence compensation claims. An active member of the Civil Bar and Criminal Bar of Benevento, she has been qualified to appear before the Superior Courts since 2021. As an Accredited Professional at IICUAE (Italian Chamber of Commerce for the United Arab Emirates), she has developed consolidated experience in international, commercial and financial matters.
She acts as a trusted adviser to numerous companies operating in structured finance, with particular focus on the structuring and implementation of some of the most significant structured finance transactions carried out in Italy, spanning deleveraging, distressed M&A, restructurings, real estate and liquidity transactions. Her work focuses especially on the private equity sector and includes contract negotiation and drafting, due diligence, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. In this context, the firm acts as a 'mediator' between the various parties involved — investment funds, target companies and management, banks and institutions, both Italian and foreign.
In the field of criminal law she has led the defence in numerous high-profile cases involving organised drug-trafficking crime, fraud against public authorities and other property offences, corruption and abuse of office, fraudulent bankruptcy and other financial crimes.
She has drafted numerous appeals and initiated proceedings before Courts of First Instance, Courts of Appeal and their Prosecutorial Offices, the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation, the European Court of Human Rights, the Supervisory Magistracy and Tribunal, Administrative Courts (TAR) and the Council of State.
