Attorney Ismaele Brancaccio, a member of the Bar of Torre Annunziata, graduated with full marks in Law in 2009 from the University of Turin, with a thesis in sports administrative law entitled 'Strict Liability in the Practice of Sports Justice'. During his studies he also sat examinations in Spanish law at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Facultad de Derecho.
In 2025 he obtained the qualification to appear before the Superior Courts (Italian Court of Cassation and European Court of Human Rights).
Since 2009 he has been engaged in sustained professional collaboration with leading law firms operating in the field of criminal law across the entire national territory.
His constant ambition to acquire a comprehensive 360° legal grounding — with solid foundations in civil, administrative and international law — led him in 2012 to complete a two-year postgraduate course and obtain the Specialist Diploma in Legal Professions at the School of Legal Professions of the University of Naples Federico II.
Since 2015 he has also collaborated, as an acknowledged subject expert (cultore della materia), with the Chair of Spanish Language and Legal Spanish at the Faculty of Law of the University of Naples Federico II, under Professor M. Alonso Pimentel Garcia.
Throughout his career he has developed solid and proven expertise in: organised crime, drug and narcotics trafficking, white-collar crime, offences against the public administration, illegal immigration offences and offences against property and the person, having personally participated in high-profile nationally covered trials.
He has undertaken significant collaborations with nationally and internationally renowned law firms, including those of Attorney Antonio Del Vecchio and Attorney Alexandro Maria Tirelli of International Lawyers Associates. He has handled extradition and European Arrest Warrant cases, drafted petitions to the European Court of Human Rights and lodged appeals before the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation.
